Bradford on Avon extension completed

The wraparound two-storey extension and loft conversion on this three-bed semi in Bradford on Avon is now finished. We completed a total refurb of the original house, building the new extension from reconstituted stone with an EPDM flat roof with Velux flat roof windows and fitting new PVC windows and aluminium bi-folds. We also fitted a Howdens Fairford kitchen in Slate Grey with white quartz worktops. The loft room is fitted with Velux CABRIO windows.

The flat roof has an EPDM single-ply membrane and is fitted with a lantern rooflight with thermal, self-cleaning glass. The exterior is finished with Weber through-coloured render, the interior floor tiles are honed and filled travertine and the patio is Indian sandstone.

Orangery and red cedar garden office

We’ve been adding some extras to the three-bedroom timber-framed bungalow that we built in Winsley last year. The buyer wanted an orangery on the back of the property and a red cedar office in the garden.
