Combe Down nursery

We recently converted an old storage building into a nursery in Combe Down. We converted the roof space into a kitchen and dining room, and extended the ground floor to create extra space. The extension was built using concrete blocks and K Rend silicone render, with all new PVC windows and composite front door. We also installed a new heating system and carried out a total rewire.

K Rend silicone render

K Rend silicone render is water repellent, but still allows water vapour to pass through the render, letting the building breathe. The finish is drier, so more resistant to algae growth and lime bloom.

Key benefits:

  • Water repellent
  • Low maintenance
  • Allows structure to breathe
  • Natural looking finish
  • Extensive colour range
