Work starts on Combe Down new build
We are currently working on a five-bedroom timber frame house in Combe Down, with natural stone elevations, render to top half of building and natural stone window surrounds.
A recently completed extension on a house in Winsley with EPDM rubber roof. EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) is a very durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane widely used in low-slope buildings. Popular with architects, roof consultants and contractors for both new construction and replacement roofing projects.
Key benefits
K Rend silicone render is water repellent, but still allows water vapour to pass through the render, letting the building breathe. The finish is drier, so more resistant to algae growth and lime bloom.
